Since our products are digital downloads (eBooks, templates, printables, etc.), we do not offer refunds once the order has been completed and the file has been delivered.
Order Issues or Mistakes

In cases where a product is mistakenly sent in the wrong format, we will provide you with the correct file at no additional cost.
No Refunds for Change of Mind

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after making your purchase. Once a download link is sent to you, it is not possible to cancel the transaction as the digital product is already available for you to use.
